WS-1 WATER SPRITZ
The WS-1 Water Spritz is designed to give a uniform burst of water droplets, instantly and on cue. The WS-1 can be suspended in any orientation although is normally mounted directly above the heads of the audience.
The WS-1 is also available in special configurations (to order), including; stainless steel construction, specialist colours, 110V 60HZ for U.S. applications and with DMX remote control.
Wm-5 WATER mORTAR
The WM-5 is designed to shoot a column of water up to 10m into the air with an explosive force created by compressed air. The BSTE Water Mortars are available in multiple shot sizes from the smallest (100mm x 300mm) to our largest (250mm x 2500mm) each shooting to a different height and a different volume of water.
The WM-5 is constructed from 316 stainless steel so it will not rust even when submerged. All the BSTE water mortar range can be ordered in submersible or surface mounted versions.
BST’s trademarked Fake Flame™ product is an ideal solution for applications where a flame/fire effect is desirable but just not practical from a safety or logistical perspective. Our solution provides a customisable and incredibly realistic fake fire.
The Fake Flame™ system works best in low light levels and indoor applications so is ideal for dark rides and theatre use. Fake Flame™ is manufactured in both a surface mounted version as well as a flush mounting option – ideal if the effect needs to be hidden from view in a stage for example.
Fake Flame™ is manufactured in standard widths although almost any size can be made to order. Standard sizes include; 0.5, 1.0, 1.2 and 1.5m wide.
FF-2 Fake Flame
The FF-2 Fake Flame™ system is designed to give a realistic simulation of fire when the use of real flame is not possible due to either health & safety concerns or budgetary constraints. For indoor use, in low-light conditions, the FF-2 can be cued by contact closure or run continually.
The flame colour can be adjusted by the operator/programmer via the RGB LED illumination. The flame height is adjusted, manually, and then set and cannot be adjusted remotely.
Ft-1 SIMULATED flame thrower
The FT-1 is designed to create a column of simulated flame, indoors, when it is not safe or desirable to use real gaseous orliquid fuelled flames. With adjustable steam and compressed air outputs, it is possible to create a realistic column of flame up to 8m in height. The flame colour can be programmed using 5 channel DMX to control the 28 x 10W RGBW LEDs.
The FT-1 can be mounted in any orientation with a maximum tilt of 45°. The unit is supplied with a steam trap to remove condensation from the steam supply and this should be installed at the lowest point of the steam pipework. Additional infrastructure may be required to ensure condensate does not reach the unit.
AB-75 Air Blast MKIII (DMX)
The AB-75 Air Blast MKIII is designed to give an instant, powerful, blast of air on cue. Its compact size and ability to give an instant effect make it ideal for applications where traditional fans do not come-up to full output quickly enough or where the wind effect needs to stop instantly.
The AB-75 is useful in VR attractions, Haunted Houses and Dark Rides where high- volume, short bursts of air are required as it can be easily hidden within scenery.
The compressed air connection is via a simple push-fit to the rear of the machine and power is connected via a standard PowerCon socket.
BHF-1 Bullet Hit
The BHF-1 Bullet Hit is designed to be installed in a floor or horizontal support structure such that the unit is not visible. The output (15mm diameter) is then extended through the support structure such that it is flush with the top-side of the floor on the other side.
The Media (Fullers earth / Bentonite) is poured directly into the output nozzle of the unit. When the unit is fired, the media is forced out of the output nozzle in an explosive manner giving the illusion that the wall has been hit with a bullet.
The output is threaded to facilitate the further extension of the nozzle should floor thickness exceed that allowed for.
The BHF-1 is constructed from 316 stainless steel so is completely rust proof. The unit can also be used to fire a shot of water, in place of the powder media, if preferred.
The BHF-1 is fired by the momentary application of a 24V DC control voltage. Alternatively, the DMX-HUB-1 can be used to the fire the unit via DMX512.
SB-6 TerraFog
The SB-6 is designed to produce extremely high volumes of smoke and distribute it quickly over long distances. With a 9kW heat exchanger and compressed air assistance.
Both the volume of smoke and projection distance are individually adjustable, so it is easy to create the exact effect yourequire. The system can be suspended or floor-mounted and has an adjustable output, up to 45° from horizontal.
The main components are stainless steel and cast aluminium for longevity and can be easily dismantled for transport.
WATER FOG EFFECTS
Creators, designers & developers enhance the visual and tactile elements of their environments by adding a wide range of cooling and fog effects using our notorious special fog effect systems. Our solutions have been used to highlight architectural elements such as fountains, ponds or pools, and enhance the outdoor landscape with fog, mist and simulated steam. We create themed or experience-based environments using fog or mist to mimic smoke, dense fog, steam or precipitation.
Aromas add that extra dimension to any indoor attraction helping build a feeling in the guest of actually being there or evoking memories; heightening the experience and leaving them wanting more.
We have over 400 “standard” aromas that we have developed over the years but we are designing new ones all the time. There is nothing we can’t do, from champagne to old socks and from dinosaur breath to burning car tyres! Let your imagination run wild!

FM-1 MKII Fragrance Machine
The FM-1 MKII is a commercial fragrance delivery system which can be used as a stand-alone unit and controlled via blue tooth or Wi-Fi (from our Android/iOS APP) or programmed to run independently via its integral 7-day timer. The intensity of the fragrance can also be programmed. Once set up the FM-1 will turn on and off automatically, as required, and even accommodates different timings for each day.
The 500ml fragrance reservoir ensures long periods between refilling, greatly reducing maintenance time. Being 12V DC, the FM-1 can also run from battery power - permitting use in portable applications.
cfs-5 Fragrance SYSTEM
The CFS-5 is a powerful and programmable commercial fragrance delivery system which can be ducted into a buildings ventilation system for uniform distribution throughout the venue or used as a stand-alone unit in a single room. The CFS-5 is ideal for large indoor spaces that require a continual ambient fragrance.
The 5-litre fragrance reservoir ensures long periods between refilling, greatly reducing maintenance time. The 7-day timer allows for detailed programming of operational days, on & off periods during those days and intensity of the fragrance meaning that once programmed the machine will need little or no intervention for months!
RFS-2 Fragrance SYSTEM
The RFS-2 is a powerful fragrance delivery system which is designed to be ducted into a buildings ventilation or air conditioning system for uniform distribution throughout the room/space. The RFS-2 can also be used as a stand-alone unit in a single room and the output directed into a fan to blow the fragrance into the space or, if mounted at high level, the fragrance can be allowed to cascade into the space below. The RFS-2 is ideal for medium/large indoor spaces that require a continual ambient fragrance.
The detached 2-litre fragrance reservoir enables remote installation from the nebuliser thus making maintenance and refillingeasier. The 2-litre capacity ensures long periods between refilling, greatly reducing maintenance time. The RFS- 2 has an integral controller to allow programming over a 7-day period with multiple ON/OFF functions each day.
RFS-2x2 Twin Remote Fragrance System
The RFS-2x2 is our most powerful nebulising fragrance delivery system which is primarily designed to be ducted into a buildings ventilation or air conditioning system for uniform distribution throughout the room/space. The RFS-2x2 can also be used as a stand-alone unit in a single room and the outputs directed into fans to blow the fragrance into the space or, ifmounted at high level, the fragrance can be allowed to cascade into the space below.
The RFS-2x2 boasts two independentcontrol circuits and two fragrance reservoirs which allows the system to run both fragrance reservoirs at the same time or individually. By programming the RFS-2x2 carefully, it can automatically swap fragrances at pre- set times of the day or can be used to produce very high volumes of a single fragrance by running both reservoirs together. Ideal for medium/large indoor spaces that require a continual ambient fragrance.
The detachable 1-litre fragrance reservoirs enable remote installation from the nebuliser thus making maintenance and refilling easier. The 2 x 1-litre capacity ensures long periods between refilling, greatly reducing maintenance time. The RFS-2x2 has two integral controllers to allow programming over a 7-day period with multiple ON/OFF functions each day.
PFM-1 Professional Fragrance Machine
The PFM-1 is designed to disperse a single fragrance continually or on cue. With independent DMX control over the fan speedand the fragrance cue, the PFM-1 can be programmed to create a gentle and continual ambient fragrance within a space or can be cued to give an instant burst of concentrated fragrance.
As well as the main, cast aluminium, distribution fan, the PFM-1 also has its own, integral, compressor to ensure ultra- fine nebulisation of the fragrance which results in extremely efficient consumption. The fragrance intensity is also variable andthis, combined with the variable fan speed and 100% duty rating, allows the PFM-1 to fulfil most creative briefs.
PFM-3 Professional Fragrance Machine
The PFM-3 is designed to disperse high volumes of fragrance, quickly, and on cue. With DMX512 control, the operator canselect any one of the three on-board fragrances and deliver them in either a slow controlled manner or in a sudden burst through control of the powerful, die-cast aluminium, blower.
The PFM-3 can be suspended and orientated directly towards the audience or placed backstage and the output ducted into the auditorium.
FM3X9 Fragrance Machine
The FM3X9 can deliver 3 different fragrances, to 9 different locations – instantly! Designed for use in virtual reality attractions and 4D cinemas, the FM3X9 uses 3 independent nebulisers to fill individual plenum chambers, where the fragranced air is then stored until cued. Once cued, the powerful centrifugal fans blow the fragranced air, via 50mm ducting, to the locations requiring the scent. The effect is virtually instantaneous and ideal for fast delivery of small quantities of fragrance. Fragrance can be ducted, via ceiling grilles, above guests’ heads or from below seating.
The FM3X9 is DMX controllable and uses 6 channels (3 channels for fragrance selection and 3 to individually control the fans). Construction is from cast aluminium and stainless steel which is epoxy powder coated for durability.
